The Importance of a good toddler diet and vitamin D
Toddlerhood is a very exciting time for both your little one and yourself. They are learning about the world and starting to crawl, walk and talk!
They need a good diet to help give them the right fuel to explore. We know through research that toddlers in the Ireland are having too little Vitamin D. Vitamin D is difficult to get from a regular diet but it is even harder for toddlers as they eat less than adults. It is found naturally in a few foods, such as eggs and salmon, and there are some foods that have added Vitamin D - just check the label!
